Governing the Collection, Use, and Protection of Personal Data
Whisker Merge Manor collects certain data to operate. This Policy explains what, why, and how — plus your rights. By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. It is designed to comply with the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and VCDPA.
1.1 "Application" means Whisker Merge Manor and related online services.
1.2 "Company" means the operator of the Application ("we", "us", "our").
1.3 "Personal Data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
1.4 "Usage Data" means information generated automatically when you interact with the App.
1.5 "Device" means any phone, tablet, or computer used to access the App.
1.6 "Service Provider" means a third party that processes Personal Data on our behalf.
We collect two categories of data: information generated automatically (device info, usage stats, identifiers) and information you provide voluntarily (PayPal details, preferences).

The information we gather serves specific operational purposes: running the service, processing transactions, communicating updates, analyzing usage patterns, and meeting legal obligations.
Certain circumstances require us to share information with third parties — including service providers, legal authorities, and business partners — as detailed below.

4.2 Business Transfers — mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

PayPal Data Protection. Your PayPal email and withdrawal details are never sold or rented. They are shared only for payout processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Retention follows the principle of necessity. Personal data is kept only while needed and auto-deleted after 90 inactive days. Anonymized analytics may persist longer.

Advertisements are served through AppLovin and its mediation partners.

Our backend at https://ammqf.whiskermmo.com supports progress sync, anonymized analytics, performance monitoring, and customer support. Transfers are protected by TLS 1.2+, role-based access, data minimization, and regular audits.
Industry-standard protections are in place: TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, strict access policies, scheduled vulnerability assessments, and contractual security requirements for all partners. No system is perfectly secure.
Personal data may be processed on servers outside your country. We apply encryption and contractual safeguards designed to provide equivalent protection.
You have rights over your data. Whether you are in California, the EU, or Virginia, local laws give you tools to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your personal data. Email hmsanny37@gmail.com to submit a request.
VCDPA (Virginia): Access, Correct, Delete, Portability, Opt-Out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
13.1 Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
13.2 iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track (off).

In-app web views or promotional pages may use cookies, pixels, and SDKs for session management, analytics, and ad measurement. Manage tracking through device settings or the opt-out methods in Article XIII.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you. Rewards eligibility and fraud checks may use rules-based screening, which you may contest by contacting us.
External sites linked from the App have their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing personal data.
18.1 Revisions are posted here with a new effective date.
18.2 Material changes may be announced by email or in-app notice.
18.3 Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
